Mr. Tofu was torn today. This amazing meal cooked by yours truly, has the potential to please all sides of the meat debate and infuriate at the same time. Terrific rice, fresh vegetables, all sautéed together, and then the chicken is tossed in.

When all was said and done, like most reasonable/intelligent people, Mr. Tofu preferred his stir fry with chicken.)
